When you plugin a pendrive or memory card with virus, it sometimes shows system shortcuts and you don't find any file to access. This can be solved by simple trick using command prompt and you don't need any software for this.
Step 1 :
Goto start --> cmd--> J: (type your drive letter)
Step 2:
Type attrib -s -h /s /d
And Now you can access your files and after copying format the memory card or pendrive so that this problem doesn't repeat.
